Mandip Thandi MBA, DipM MCIM, BSc (Hons):
Mandip joined CHL in 2000 heading up the Business Development Department and in 2008 was promoted to Operations Manager which included taking on the management of back office support staff assigned to service delivery. Mandip’s role focuses on customer care, relationship marketing and account management for existing clients. He is holds a NEBOSH H&S certificate and a post graduate diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) attaining membership status as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Cranfield University.

Karen Shea
Karen Shea has been with Corporate Health for more then 20 years, in recent years as the Occupational Health Manager. She is a Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health and holds a masters degree in Health and Safety, and a research and an adult teaching certificate. Karen acts as a nurse mentor and has a specialist interest in ergonomic and health surveillance.

Javier Fernandez
Javier Fernandez has been with Corporate Health for nearly 10 years. Javier holds a degree in Business and Hospitality from the University of Seville, Spain. He initially covered the Business Development Co-ordinator role along with the IT side of the business. A growing interest in IT led Javier to invest time and effort on an MCSE certification and currently is the Corporate Health IT Manager.

David Upton
David Upton has been with Corporate Health for nine years. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1969 and has a wealth of experience in both private practice and commerce. He is currently our Finance Manager and Company Secretary.

Bob Nugent
Bob Nugent is a State registered Paramedic. He has worked for Corporate Health for the past 9 years as a First aid training Manager (Part time) and for the past 3 % years has also taken on the role as Supplies Manager selling a range of medical equipment from plasters to couches, drugs to cotton wool.. Bob started his Paramedic career with the Bucks Ambulance Service in 1972 and qualified as a Paramedic in 1986. After he was pensioned off with a back injury he started first aid courses training for a number of companies as a training consultant. He has a wealth of experience in the emergency first aid field.

Mike Gibson
Mike Gibson has been Medical Director of Corporate Health Ltd since 2004. He was in the Royal Air Force for almost 35 years, retiring with the rank of air commodore. Highlights of his time in the RAF included 10 years of research at the RAF Institute of Aviation Medicine, command of RAF Headley Court, an exchange tour with the USAF Surgeon General, and appointments as Director of Health Services (RAF) and the tri-Service Director of Medical Operational Capability in the Ministry of Defence. He was an Honorary Surgeon to HM The Queen from 1997 to 2002. Mike is the author of 50 papers in the scientific literature, 3 chapters in textbooks and 2 books. He is currently an examiner and a Board member for the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, a member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council Fitness to Practise Committee, a member of the University of Reading Research Ethics Committee and a Senior Aeromedical Examiner for the CAA and FAA.
