Objectives

  • To help employers identify and address productivity concerns in employees whose work is affected by personal problems.

  • To provide support and practical help for employees and their families experiencing lift problems.
  • To make a positive contribution to human resources and business development strategy and help employees cope with change.
  • To enhance protection against employee compensation claims for stress related illness/ disability.
  • To provide accurate statistical data which enables employers to be aware of the concerns of their workforce.

Employee Assistance Programme
EAP's can be tailored to suit the needs and budget of any company, whatever its size and activity. Standard EAP comprises the following:

  • Unlimited access for individual employee and immediate family to telephone counselling and legal advice
  • Up to 8 face to face counselling sessions per individual per annum
  • Agreed programme of implementation and promotion
  • Promotional cards, literature and workplace posters
  • Regular management reports on the usage of the service
  • Elements of EAP may be available in stand alone form or in other combinations
