Employee Assistance Programme
EAP's can be tailored to suit the needs and budget of
any company, whatever its size and activity. Standard
EAP comprises the following:
- Unlimited access for individual employee and immediate
family to telephone counselling and legal advice
- Up to 8 face to face counselling sessions per individual
per annum
- Agreed programme of implementation and promotion
- Promotional cards, literature and workplace posters
- Regular management reports on the usage of the service
- Elements of EAP may be available in stand alone
form or in other combinations
