Resuscitation Course Details
Duration: 2 hours
Designed to teach the basics of Resuscitation training and how to keep a person alive by administering emergency resuscitation. Although not a legal requirement, knowledge of resuscitation can be considered a genuine life saver in cases of sudden illness or heart attack.

Offers basic life saving skills in the following subjects
Recent studies by the HSE have shown that First Aiders need to practice their resuscitation skills every six months to maintain their level of competence. This course can also be used as a vehicle to update or refresh First Aiders in such skills. Although this short course has a maximum attendance of 12 candidates, two or more courses can be run consecutively in order to encompass a larger number of the workforce.
